Payment terms and methods are determined in the service agreement and may vary based on the specific ser-
vices provided. At on boarding, you pay 2 months in advance, (which included 1 month deposit), then from
there on you pay monthly in advance. We will invoice you in the third week of each month and invoices are pay-
able by the 1st of every month. When you leave, you give us a month’s notice and we continue until the deposit is

The timeline for starting services depends on the specific services requested and any prior arrangements. We begin the on boarding process promptly. We will work with you to set up and enter into a talyored service agree- ment and then begin work as soon as possible.

As a client, you will have direct contact with your assigned support team and person. You can ‘broadcast’ your
communications and then your support person will respond at the next opportunity.
